Welcome to Rice County Chapter of Pheasants Forever

Pheasant Season is just around the corner. We are proud to announce that we are hosting a mentor hunt on October 25th here in Rice County. Six lucky youth hunters will be join us for a day of field instruction in hunting these Rice County birds.

October 25th is our 1st annual biggest bird competition. Stop by J & J Sports top register your biggest rooster. Winner gets prizes and bragging rights for biggest bird in the county. Check back soon to find more details about this contest.

Check out the Habitat page for details on purchasing food plot seed. We have pictures from across the county on plots that were planed with our corn and Rooster Booster seed. These plots look great and will hold birds all year round.

Now that summer is over, we will be meeting on the first Wednesday of Each month at the Eagles Club in Faribault. Check out the events page for more details.
